The shares of the Sub-fund are among the investments that are admissible in “Long-term Savings Plans” pursuant to the Italian Budget Law 2017 (“Law no. 232 of 11 Decembre 2016”) and Law no. 157 of 19 December 2019. Each year, the Sub-fund directly or indirectly invests at least 70% of the assets in financial instruments issued by or stipulated with companies based in Italy or in a Member state of the European Union or of the European Economic Area and with a permanent establishment in Italy. The Sub-fund is actively managed in reference to the following composite benchmark:
• 30% ICE BofA 1-3 years Euro Government Index (EUR unhedged)
• 40% ICE Euro Investment Grade and High Yield Italian Corporate Issuers Custom Index (EUR unhedged)
• 10% FTSE MIB (EUR unhedged)
• 20% FTSE Italia Mid Cap (EUR unhedged).
The recommended holding period is 3 years. For the purposes of building up the portfolio, the Benchmark acts as a reference for the overall exposure to risk factors, including geography, credit, interest rates, currency position and sectorial allocation. The extent to which the portfolio diverges from the Benchmark varies depending on the level of belief of the investment manager.

NEF TARGET - To achieve the management objective, it is possible to invest up to 100% of the portfolio in fixed or variable rate bonds, in other negotiable debt securities and in money market instruments (“MMI”) of all economic sectors.
